Booking a mobile notary appointment with Trusted Touch Notary is simple, fast, and stress-free. Here's what to expect:

  • Contact me online, by phone, or by text to schedule your appointment. Fill out the booking form with your name, preferred date and time, location, and type of document needing notarization. I'll confirm your appointment and provide your exact quote within 24 hours.

  • Select any convenient location within Maryland. Your home, office, hospital, nursing home, library, coffee shop, or anywhere that works for you. I come to you so there's no need to travel or find a notary office.

  • Gather your completed but unsigned documents and a valid unexpired government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID. All information should be filled in beforehand (except for real estate & loan documents). Do not sign until we meet as your signature must be witnessed in person. If your document requires witnesses please arrange to have them present.

  • I arrive at your chosen location on time and prepared. I verify your identity, review your documents, witness your signature, and apply my official notary seal, making your documents legally notarized and ready to use.

  • That's it! Your documents are officially notarized and ready to submit, file, or deliver. Payment is collected at the time of service via credit card, debit card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or cash.
