Fill out the booking form online or call/text (240) 547-9305. Select Remote Online Notarization as your preferred appointment method. I'll confirm your appointment and provide your exact quote within 24 hours.

Upload your completed but unsigned documents securely through the booking form or the RON platform prior to your appointment. I'll review them beforehand so we're ready to go the moment we connect.

At your appointment time we connect via secure audio-video session. I verify your identity using your government-issued photo ID and knowledge-based authentication questions in compliance with Maryland RON requirements.

You sign your documents electronically in real time while I witness your signature and apply my digital notary seal making your documents legally notarized and ready to use.

Yes! Remote Online Notarization has been legal in Maryland since October 1, 2020 under Maryland law. RON documents are legally binding and accepted by most banks, courts, title companies, and government agencies.

Some documents may require in-person notarization depending on the receiving agency. If your document is not eligible for RON I will let you know right away and we can schedule a mobile appointment instead.
