Can't meet in person? No problem. Available to clients anywhere in the United States and nationwide. I notarize your documents securely online via BlueNotary, a state-approved audio-video platform. All from the comfort of your home or office. All you need is a device with a camera, microphone, and internet connection.

If you need to use your documents internationally, Trust Touch Notary can manage the entire apostille process on your behalf. From notarizing your documents to submitting them to the appropriate Maryland state agency, we handle each step so you don’t have to navigate the process alone.

All in-person mobile appointments take place within the state of Maryland in compliance with Maryland notary law. Clients in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia are welcome via Remote Online Notarization, available to anyone anywhere in the U.S.

  • Same day appointments booked with at least 2 hours notice are subject to a $25 rush fee. Appointments requested with less than 2 hours notice are subject to a $50 rush fee. Rush fees are added on top of your standard service fee. Apostille rush processing is available for an additional $100 for 24-48 hour turnaround. Same day apostille processing is available based on availability — contact me directly for a quote.

    Rush inspection report delivery is available for an additional $35.
